One of the contemporary style dishes and decor can be found here. Their packing is so good and they have a great collection of porcelain dishes and decor suiting every occasion.

good but could improve on packing delicate products

i was gifted dishes from here which were poorly packed by C&B. many, if not most were shattered by the time they arrived at my place. luckily C&B has great customer service and I was sent out new plates every time. excellent quality products, they just need to improve on their packing.

This company USED to be good

This company USED to be good. I would buy housewares and accessories from them all the time and everything was fine but recently their quality has taken a sharp decline. I gave it three starts because a long time ago, I would have given it 5 but because of the way things have been going because of them...

They sent the a hat with fake size I ordered a 7/78 and I know the size very well . This one is way to small This was a gag gift so we didn't mind that the quality was pretty awful- cheap, thin material, weird sizing. Because we needed it sooner, I went ahead and ordered a size larger. Didn't fit. Material is cheap and ugly and the actual product does not look anything like the pictures on-line. I went on Facebook and did research and I found this help ᵉⁱᵍʰᵗ⁴ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᵗʷᵒ ᵒⁿᵉ???????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????? ????????????????the company admitted that the product was crap it was nothing like in the picture at all the company customer team was very friendly and efficient so much so that the whole process was painless and resolved within an hour I certainly won't be using them again. CHEAP GOODS Would not reccomend Fanatics brand anything.

The customer associate Ambreia was the BEST!

The customer associate, her name is Ambreia, was awesome. She helped resolve a lost FedEx shipment in the most professional and helpful way. She followed up with a necessary phone call after investigating the status of my lost order. What a pleasant experience working with your customer service department.

jBeautiful, but . . .

just picked up a beautiful fireplace screen in pewter. I had already read the reviews and was advised that this was very simple to assemble because it involved simply attaching the two feet at the bottom with two screws. Well, I got my lovely screen today. I went to put the two feet on with the two screws (one screw per foot) and discovered to my horror that this was one of the more complicated assemblies I have ever faced (and I put together a LOT of furniture. The problems included: (1) the holes for the screws were not circular! There was metal material in one of the screw holes which did not permit the screw to turn in the hole. I had to "ream" the hole to fit the screw. (2) One of the screws was rusted, so I had to oil it in order for it to turn in the hole (once reamed). (3) The holes for the screws were so close to the body of the screen, it was almost impossible to turn the screws into the feet. Most significantly, (4) I was not provided an Allen wrench for the holes in the screws (why weren't they just phillips head screws???). The instructions said that an Allen wrench was included, but the box with the two feet said that it only contained the two feet with two screws. No Allen wrench. Well, that's okay because I have a zillion Allen wrenches, so I assumed that this would not be a problem. Of course, not a single one fit the rather large opening. Either my Allen wrenches were too large or too small. So I ended up using a pliers to try to turn the screws. It was ridiculously difficult for two little screws. I still gave this screen a 3 rating because it really is beautiful, despite the fact that the feet are not tightly screwed in and are therefore a little bit wobbly and because of how difficult assembly turned out to be.

I didn't know about these recent…

I didn't know about these recent negative reviews here, but I heard about this website from my friend in college and used it. They have some refer a friend program...or smth so we both got pleasant bonuses :) Nevertheless, my essay was well-written, and I cared to read it actually before submitting ot make sure it sounds right. Had my B grade which I am more than happy with. This company delivers

Order glassware on Aug 16,2020

I never thought in this day and age that a company would not have a email account! I never thought that when you have to talk to someone about an order that it would be this hard to get in contact with someone at a place of business! I bought on line glassware on Aug 16,2020 and used a paypal account through my husbands paypal account and never got a order number or any shipping information and it has been a week since I placed an order! They did however take our money! My husband tried to get ahold of them on the phone it says 24/7 but when I went to check them out on line it says not open on Mondays! What a terrible way to do business. I would never recommend Crate & Barrel to anyone. And in order to do a review I have to claim that I am not writing a false review now why would I do that! And I have to register on Facebook to make it legit! What a ass backwards company this is for sure!

Great Assembly Service

I ordered a table, a bed, and some chairs. The service was impeccable. The men came in and wore a mask the entire time. My furniture was efficiently delivered and expertly assembled in a very short amount of time.

A bit slow, but good support by text!

I ordered a bedspread online. 6 days later the status is "still preparing for shipment". I just sent a plea to the text phone number. I did get a response within a couple of hours. They said my item was ready to be put on a truck for delivery. So they are still in the shipping window of 5-7 business days.
I don't want to rate them too badly as I should have noticed the delivery expectation policy when I ordered. It just in this day and age, it caught me by surprise.
